Donate to INFACT
We know times are incredibly tough right now. The cost of living crisis is affecting so many, and we truly understand that many families impacted by Fetal Valproate Spectrum Disorder (FVSD) and Fetal Anti-Convulsant Syndrome (FACS) are already stretched to the limit, many families are living on benefits and managing multiple care responsibilities every single day. That’s why we want to say, from the bottom of our hearts: thank you.
Every single penny donated to INFACT matters. Whether it’s a one off gift, the cost of a coffee, or ongoing support, please know that your kindness helps us to continue fighting for justice, raising awareness, and offering a lifeline of support to families like yours. We are deeply grateful for anything you are able to give, no matter how small it may feel. It all adds up, and it all makes a difference.
Would you like to fundraise for INFACT?
If you’re not in a position to donate, but feel passionate about our cause, fundraising is another powerful way you can help. Whether it’s a bake sale, a sponsored walk, a birthday fundraiser on social media, or something more personal, we would love to support you in making it happen.
Many of our most successful campaigns have come from families and individuals just like you, bringing people together and raising vital awareness and funds in the process. If you’re interested in doing something to support INFACT, please get in touch. We’ll be right by your side every step of the way. 💛
Why Donations Matter
Running a non-profit charity like INFACT means doing a huge amount of work on limited resources and every single donation helps us continue fighting for the rights, recognition, and support that families affected by FVSD and FACS deserve.
Your support enables us to:
-
Provide free educational resources for parents, carers, and healthcare professionals — helping families better understand complex diagnoses, advocate for their children, and receive the care they need.
-
Create and distribute vital information — from printed brochures and leaflets to online guides and awareness campaigns across websites and social media. All of this helps reach families in crisis, professionals in need of training, and the wider public who are still unaware of the scale of this issue.
-
Run national campaigns in Parliament — including lobbying MPs and Peers in both the House of Commons and the House of Lords to keep FVSD and FACS on the political agenda, pushing for justice, change, and long-overdue accountability.
-
Continue our work with government and regulators — such as regular meetings with the Department of Health, the MHRA, and other key bodies, where we ensure your voices are heard and push for safer policies and stronger protections.
-
Cover the essential day-to-day costs — everything from website hosting, insurance, and printing to phone lines and office supplies. These things may seem small, but they’re the backbone that keeps the charity running, connecting families and pushing the campaign forward.
We run INFACT with love, care, and determination – often powered by unpaid hours, volunteers, and a deep sense of responsibility to those who have been harmed and ignored for far too long. Your donation, whatever its size, helps keep this work going. It means we can continue to be a voice for those who feel voiceless, and a lifeline for families who feel alone.
Thank you for believing in what we do. 💛
